Privacy policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
This site is run by one teacher, for CEE students. This page says exactly what it stores about you, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It describes what the site actually does — not what a template says a website might do.
What is collected
When you register: your name, email address, password, phone number and college. The password is handled by our login provider and is stored only as a hash — nobody here, including the teacher, can read it.
As you study: which notes and videos you open, every question you attempt, the option you chose, how long you spent on it, your scores, and the topics you get wrong. This is what the mistake copy, the rank predictor and your progress pages are made of. Without it they cannot work.
When you ask Mundre AI: the question you typed and the answer you were given.
When you pay: a record of the payment, the plan, and the screenshot or reference you send so it can be matched to your account. Card and bank details are never entered on this site.
To keep your account yours: basic sign-in information, which is what stops your account being shared and lets you be told if someone else signs in as you.
Two things worth knowing before you type
Your Mundre AI questions are sent to an outside AI provider in order to be answered. They are sent for that purpose and no other, and they are not used to train anybody’s model.
Your teacher can read the questions you ask Mundre AI. Not to check up on you — a chapter twenty students ask about in one week is a chapter the notes have not explained, and that is how he finds out. But it is your words on his screen, so you should know that before typing something you would not say out loud in class.
What is never done
Your information is never sold, rented or traded. There is nothing to sell it for.
There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics of any kind on this site. Nobody is following you here from somewhere else, and nobody follows you away.
Your name is never shown on a leaderboard. Those show marks only, and every student appears once.
Who else holds it
A small number of established service providers process data so the site can run. Each is used for one job and receives only what that job needs:
- a hosting and database provider, which holds your account and your study data;
- an AI provider, which answers Mundre AI questions and writes the mistake copies;
- a video delivery network, which streams the lessons;
- an email provider, for account messages such as a password reset.
None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. If you want to know which companies these are, ask using the details below and you will be told.
How long it is kept
Your account and study history are kept while your account exists, because a mistake bank that is emptied every term is of no use to anyone. Ask for your account to be deleted and it goes, along with your attempts, your mistake copies and your Mundre AI conversations.
Payment records are kept longer, because they are financial records and have to be.
What you can ask for
You can ask, at any time, to:
- see a copy of everything held about you,
- correct anything that is wrong — your name, phone or college you can change yourself on your profile,
- have your account and your data deleted,
- have your Mundre AI conversations deleted without closing your account.
Ask by email or phone using the details below. You will get an answer from the person who runs the site, not a ticket number.
Students under 18
Most CEE candidates are 17 or 18. Nothing here is collected beyond what running the course needs, and no profiling or advertising is done on anyone, of any age. If you are a parent and want to know what is held about your child, ask using the details below.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who receives it, the date at the top changes and a notice appears on your dashboard. It will not be changed quietly.
